Impex Agencies Group of Companies was registered with all relevant government bodies in late 2005 and formally established in 2006 as a Representative and Indenter for several international principals.
In 2012, Impex Agencies Group expanded its operations by initiating toll manufacturing of Organoclay Rheological Additives, marking its transition into a manufacturer, importer, and stockist of Bentonite grade IA18. After successfully establishing IA18 in the domestic market, the product was rebranded as ICLAY 21®.
ICLAY 21® quickly gained significant acceptance as a single-inventory, universal Organoclay Rheological Additive for a wide range of solvent-based applications. It is extensively used across industries such as paints, coatings, inks, greases, adhesives, and drilling muds.
Today, Impex Agencies Group proudly serves major Indian industry leaders as well as multiple multinational corporations worldwide. With the growing demand for ICLAY 21®, the company has appointed eight stock & sales distributors across India and has expanded its global footprint by promoting and appointing local distributors in UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Malaysia, Tanzania, South Africa (RSA) and Canada.
Impex Agencies Group is led by Mr. Paresh Sudhakar Kulkarni, CEO, and is headquartered in Mumbai, India. The company also operates through its associate and sister concern, Super Surface Chemicals Inc., based in Brampton, Canada.
